Intentionally, I wanted to bake some traditional flaky egg tarts and portuguese egg tarts did not pop inside my mind.

2 dozens of flaky portuguese egg tarts
The pastry crust was flaky enough but it was a little 'dry' which means not enough fats/lard/butter for the 油皮 (or the oily dough ). Health problem is a concern and I won't want to get any high cholesterol/stroke/diabetes after all the degusting....etc. :(
A morsel of it once in a while is alright :)
I'll be setting off for ADM's freshmen orientation in an hour and can only get home at 9.30pm tonight after tuition. :( Buck Up!
