Jacky made a trip to Singapore again to help take a lookout on Laiyi's house and to handle house-keeping after all the dust flurry.
Bro and I took him out for a day at the central.
Literally, it's a unpropitious and inopportune day for us to hang out. Wherever and whatever things we wanted to do, we're definitely thwarted by unforeseen snag, such a wet-blanket!
Firstly, our intention to town at Cathay was to "K" at K-box, but there was no $8 promotion on Sat... Blah!
Dashing hopes for karaoke and there went another wretchedness for our lunch. We were elated to spot student value meal for Charboiled chicken at Korean BBQ restaurant, BUT only 1 piece of chicken is served as compare to the branch in Toa Payoh which serves 2.
After, we went to Clarke Quay at Audio-house disgruntled to check for promotion stuffs ( $79 for a washer) copiously publicized on newspaper. Much to our dismay, NO PROMOTION!!! %$#%#@
Lastly, we went for a high-tea at Starbucks. Still, infelicious timing for us as Starbucks was abounded with people.
We dropped the idea to high-tea at Starbucks and headed for Mc'cafe.Seriously, drinks at Mc'cafe are not up to mark, spent $4.70 for a shoddy taste :(
