Chocolate Lava cake (aka chocolate fondant cake) selling cold!

Have you ever tried cold chocolate lava cake?
Just joking!

It's certainly cost a bomb if you dine outside and order a chocolate lava cake which may cost up to S$6.00++ (even at a affordable place such as pizza hut which cost above S$6). Unduly extravagant and expensive!
Here's a hot sell of chocolate lava cake batter for S$2.80 for 100g! (100g = 1 serving)

Do you ever want your 'dear', 'honey' or 'darling' to express his admiration and praise for your effort in preparing such a scrumptious dessert, so much that he/she ranks you above everything?

OR

Do you want to wield your baking tools with prowess and impress the others?

Just placed your orders with me and address for self-collection (west area, Bt Panjang) will be noticed upon ordering.

Feeling equivocal and ambiguous?
Here's a simple step-by-step instructions depicted:

1. Preheat oven to 220C and prepare a ramekin or a metal bowl.

The size of the ramekin or bowl should lie fully on your palm.

2. Heavily greased the ramekins or bowl with butter and pour in batter up to half of its height.
Bake it for 7-8 mins at 220C (if batter is taken directly from the fridge, thaws it for 10mins)

*Important!* If you're uncertain of the degree that it should be cooked, make sure that the center of the cake is darker in colour and not too 'wet'. Stop baking when the center of the cake is 'soft-cooked'.( not fully cooked but form a layer of 'covering')

3. Invert the bowl or ramekin carefully to drop the cake out on the plate.

4. Serve warm with ice-cream or whipped cream

Batter can store up to 1 week

For ordering, please email to vacanzartista@yahoo.com.sg

Kindly state the servings (100g = 1 serving) and the date of collection 3 days in advance.
Thank you!

The food journey that never cease...

AGAIN! I'm back to Ipoh for another trip to visit the dentist and also my grandmother.
As usual, it was a very short trip of 3 days and there wasn't enough time to enjoy to the max.

Nevetheless, I still managed to savour the delicacies of Ipoh.

Asam Laksa

"Liu Fen"

Cuttlefish and vege with special sauce
Curry Mee
These satays are so succulent and 'fleshy'. Hmmm...

Next stop: Happy Hour at Kbox Ipoh Parade

Munyee always pose with this "ohh... so sad' and droopy eyes look. I "shun bian" add a few drops of shimmering tears on her face. Haha!

"The 4 beauties". Haha, really '不要脸'. Some editing of the colours were done to shield the lackadaisical expression of ours.

Our '歌神' was singing.

I mosaiced May's face cos she will pull her hair in rage when she saw this uploaded without editing. :P

Really had the 'live concert' feel wor...

Munyee supposed to sing this song during her final singing competition, she switched to 'never had a dream come true' due to the difficulties in attaining the perfect pitch for 'Hero'.

Last stop: Capucino cafe

Munyee with her trademark pose again :D

My set meal- Rosemary roasted chicken with mushroom sauce served with white rice and french fries

May's order- special sauce chicken chop

Jacky's order-Thai pineapple fried rice

Munyee's orders- Cheese baked rice and ice-cream

The best of the best- Bean curd

Smoother than baby skin which you can even swallow it without chewing. Singapore's beancurd is unrivaled to this. Thumbs up for this!

Gonna go back Mind matters to work tomorrow, damn sian. :(

Graduation 2010

I'm officially graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Biomedical Science, super elated!

The ceremony commenced on 25 May 2010 and started at 4 pm.

The whole ceremony took 2 and a half hour to go and all of us were damn 'sian'. I didn't manage to take much photos with my friends and lecturers due to time constrain which I had to rush back home and complete this entry before leaving for M'sia. Time was scanty :(

These pictures are not edited as time is barely enough.

Danny was quibbling how 'nicely' the pictures were taken. Haha!

This marked an end to Poly life and a beginning to Uni life, hopes that I can really score well and get as many distinctions as possible with the course I'm avid for :)
